Going to see a naked teen movie these days isn't quite what is used to be. In the old days (and were only talking about 20 years ago) people used to go to public porn theaters. That’s the only place to find a movie of this sort.
As media evolved and spread to smaller more affordable devices that could be operated at home the industry only got bigger. Now horney patrons could enjoy their favorite teen flick in the privacy of their own homes.
The teen segment is as old as the movie it self. Back in the 1800's there were hand operated movie machines in saloons. Pay a nickel or a dime and crank the handle and you could see a movie of girls getting naked. Back in those days the actors were a bit older and had gotten past their modesty.
